Customer Service and Order Entry Associate


Merrill Y. Landis, Ltd. has a wonderful job opportunity with our traditional family-owned Custom Window Treatment Workroom company in Montgomery County, PA.

We are looking to hire a full-time Customer Service and Order Entry Associate who is willing to learn and grow with the company. Day shift M-F. No nights, no weekends. 

Scope of job:

The Associate’s tasks include phone calls, emails, taking orders, data entry, and processing orders. 

Job requirements:

  • - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, stockroom, and computer data entry.
  • - Excellent customer service skills.
  • - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
  • - Ability to process work with accuracy and work independently.
  • - English required, both oral and written.

Experience with Custom Window Covering industry, installation or interior design is helpful.

Pay rate dependent upon experience.
